Radius Builders was founded by Matthew Prokuda in 2009. In his early years of working in the construction trade, Matt developed a love and passion for Queenslander and post-war homes dotted across the city of Brisbane.
The homes are an important part of the Sunshine state’s architectural history and require specialised skills and expertise to retain their iconic character while making them suitable for modern living. Matt and the Radius Builders team have spent years honing their knowledge and ability to transform Queenslander and post-war homes into modern oases with classic appeal.
Matt takes a hands-on approach to his building projects. With a dedication to making building more approachable and accessible, Matt guides his clients through every step of the journey, using streamlined processes to make their experience as simple and stress-free as possible.
When Matt isn’t managing building sites, he’s attempting to keep up with his energetic daughters, having coffee dates with his wife, dreaming of the next camping trip to Moreton Island, or wondering if there are any other secret spots in the Noosa River to fish.
